I recently had a 30-minute sports massage and was impressed by how much was achieved in such a short session. Fabi quickly identified areas of tightness and used the right amount of pressure to relieve muscle tension while still making the experience incredibly relaxing. Highly recommended!

This is a nice pillow , sturdy and comfy for eyelashes .

It was the best massage I've ever had. Highly recommend. If I could get it every day, I would.

Seeing Fabi as a young athlete with some structural and postural issues has been an absolute game-changer. I sometimes find myself not even needing to tell her where I’m tight or sore, or where needs more attention - Fabi KNOWS! This is the kind of knowledge that only comes with years of experience and dedication to her craft. Will never need to see another massage therapist again. Thankyou beautiful Fabi 🌸

I recently had a 30-minute sports massage due to ongoing hamstring tightness that would flare up every time I tried to run or train. After explaining my history with hamstring issues to fabi, the session was tailored really well a great mix of deep tissue work and flushing techniques.

The treatment itself was excellent, and I could feel the difference straight away. The biggest result for me was that just two days later I was back running with no issues at all, which I hadn’t been able to do for a while.

Really happy with the experience and the outcome I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone dealing with similar muscle tightness or injuries.

Excellent massage and service

Fabi is amazing! I have seen her a few times due to some niggles. She is full of knowledge and has gone above and beyond to help with me and my recovery. The remedial massage is out of this world and has really improved my injuries. As well as all of this, she is genuinely such a kind soul, who makes you feel so at ease. Highly recommend!

Thanks Fabi!

I had the absolute best massage and relaxation session with Fabiana today. All I can say is she definitely knows what she's doing and really worked the muscles I needed. Will be coming back here again!

A workplace massage is a fantastic reward for your hard working staff and teams.

For 2 consecutive years we have booked Fabi to provide 15-20 minute workplace massages for our staff on World Teachers Day.

The staff were all blown away by how effective the massages were and could not stop talking about it afterwards.

All the built up tension in their shoulders and neck was massaged away in a short period of time leaving them feeling very relaxed, positive and appreciated.

Fabi made everyone feel special with her vibrant personality, taking the time to get to know each individual, any pain points and not rushing.

Fabi adapted the massages to suit a couple of pregnant staff who were struggling with swollen ankles and lower back pains leaving them relaxed and pain free.

We will be booking her again for this year's workplace massage on World Teacher's Day 2025.

I highly recommend booking Fabi for your Workplace massages, you won't be disappointed and she will leave your staff wanting more.

Fabi came highly recommended through a friend and she provides the best remedial massage I have ever had (and I have had many massages!).

I have been seeing Fabi for several years and over the past two years seeing her weekly to manage my aches and pains and also treat myself as part of my well-being.

Her touch is amazing she knows which area needs to be worked on without me having to tell her.

Fabi has a beautiful personality, you never feel rushed and she makes you feel like you are the most important client.

I love the home massage service, I relax straight after with a cup of tea without having to get dressed and drive/ walk home.

Fabi has a wealth of knowledge and being a qualified physiotherapist she is able to provide me strengthening exercises for my lower back and ankle - an added bonus.

Fabi also offers corporate massages. I arranged this for my workplace during World Teachers Day last year, the staff were blown away by the massages and could not stop talking about it afterwards.

I highly recommend Fabi, you won't be disappointed and will be wanting more.

If you are looking for stress relief i recommend Physical Re connect, Fabi is amazing! She helps me so much with anxiety issues and with regular treatments I can say that I feel better to deal with my every day routine.
