This website and services are operated by Physical Re Connect (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
Physical Re Connect provides remedial massage and recovery services delivered at our studio located inside MYGYM – Westfield Eastgardens.
Mobile (home visit) services may be available by request only, subject to availability and separate arrangements.
2. Bookings and Payments
- All appointments must be booked online
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment
- Prices are subject to change without notice
By completing a booking, you agree to all applicable policies, including our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
3. Health and Safety
- You must provide accurate and complete medical information
- You agree to follow practitioner advice during and after treatment
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if safety concerns arise
4. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time. Full session fees will still apply.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All bookings are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
- Late cancellations and no-shows incur a 100% fee
- Refunds are not provided for completed services, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances
6. Professional Conduct
We maintain a strictly professional environment.
Any form of:
- Abuse
- Harassment
- Inappropriate behaviour
Will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.
7. AI-Assisted Documentation
We may use AI-assisted tools during consultations for note-taking.
- Recordings are stored securely for up to 24 hours
- Permanently deleted after transcription
- You may opt out before your session
8. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality
- Submit false or misleading information
We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse occurs.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms for:
- Booking systems
- Payment processing
We are not responsible for third-party systems but ensure reasonable care in selecting providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- Services are provided with reasonable care and skill
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
- You acknowledge that treatment involves some level of risk
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
