At Physical Re Connect, we are committed to providing high-quality care and customer satisfaction.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of clinic error or exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of management and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Bookings and Payments

All appointments are conducted at our studio located inside MYGYM – Westfield Eastgardens.

  • All bookings must be made online
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment

Mobile (home visit) services are available by request only and are subject to availability and separate terms.


Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients:

24-Hour Notice
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee
  • Failure to attend your appointment will incur a 100% fee

Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Exemptions
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us to discuss genuine emergencies.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
